Eraño Manalo died because of cardiopulmonary arrest at the age of 84, 3:53 pm. January 2, 1925 – August 31, 2009.
Eraño is the son and successor of the late Felix Manalo, the supreme founder and first executive minister of the Iglesia ni Cristo. He took over the administration of Iglesia ni Cristo after the death of his father Evangelist Felix in 1963. He was responsible church leader and heavens instrumental grace in the propagation and expansion of the Iglesia ni Cristo internationally.
As of now, tributes pour in for ‘Ka Erdie’. Politicians, followers and various groups paid tribute to Eraño “Ka Erdie” Manalo the Iglesia ni Cristo (INC) executive minister!
His remains will be at INC’s central temple, the temple was in Commonwealth in Quezon City, Philippines. His remains is available for public viewing 3PM Tuesday.
